You may not use the services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to the transmission of illegal content, violation of intellectual property rights, or engaging in activities that cause harm to the network or other users.
4. Payment and Billing
You agree to pay all fees associated with the selected service plan. The billing cycle, payment methods, and any applicable late fees are outlined in your subscription agreement. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of services.
5. Privacy Policy
The ISP respects your privacy. Our privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the privacy policy.
6. Service Availability
The ISP strives to provide reliable and continuous service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as network maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.
7. Equipment
You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment is compatible with the ISP’s services. Any equipment provided by the ISP remains our property and must be returned in good condition upon termination of services, or you may be charged for the equipment.
8. Termination of Services
The ISP reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons deemed necessary by the ISP. Upon termination, you must cease using the services, and any outstanding fees must be paid.
9. Changes to Terms and Services
The ISP may update these terms and conditions, service plans, or pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated to subscribers in advance. Continued use of the services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of India.
By using the ISP’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
